New Moon Astro Chat & Yoga Flow
Take your time and connect to the new cycle as we move into a time of deep transformation. Whether you want to be more joyful, let go of fear, get a new job, sing louder, this moon has something to offer you.
This is a 2 part workshop that includes 2 videos and a guide book.
Video 1: 36 minute astro chat, card pull and intention setting with candle.
Video 2: 1 hour yoga class to generate and release energy from the body.
You can choose to do one or both videos. If you choose to move through the yoga practice always listen to your body and don’t do anything that feels unsafe. You can explore the practice and take the positions that feel good to you and remember, you don’t need to finish the class. If you have had enough simply lie down on your back and enjoy svasana.
How to get access:
Once you purchase the workshop you will have access to download the guidebook. Within the guidebook you will find information pertaining to the current energy as well as the upcoming dates of a partial lunar eclipse and total solar eclipse. At the end of the guidebook you will find the 2 videos mentioned above. I recommend downloading and saving the guidebook for easy access and to ensure you can watch them in their entirety. You will be able to download the book up to 3 times, after that, the link will expire for you.
This workshop will be on sale until November 4. You can take this workshop anytime leading up to the Full Moon on November 19.
