EFT is a practice that uses meridian channels derived from the Traditional Chinese Medicine lineage. By tapping and repeating statements out loud energy is released from different places in the body allowing you heal in a very direct and in the moment kind of way.
Combining these two things gives us a time and place where we get to remember that life is bigger than our planet Earth and how we can use planets and stars to help us navigate the waters of our life AND focuses on our body here and now to alchemize the teachings.
