INtegrated, a post eclipse series
Enjoy a 4 part series where we use astrology, breath, reiki, meditation and free flow journaling to harvest the medicine of the stories that were exposed during the most recent eclipse season.
This series came to me while integrating my own eclipse journey and chatting with many around the difficult and emotional time we are in both individually and collectively.
We are part of the universe and are quite literally made of stardust.

I know we are multi dimensional beings who are here to ground into the Earth, bringing down the celestial and cosmic energy is a part of remembering our wholeness and vastness of our souls. By doing these types of workshops/series/classes I intend on sharing the wisdom I have gained with you to help you better understand how we are all connected to the universe as a whole AND how this can help us all in moving out of painful stories or programs that hold us back.
The intention behind this series is to
1) give you some space to pause and reflect on what was coming through for you during this time
2) provide tools to support you in integration and growth
3) educate you on the larger story line of the Zodiac wheel.
As we move through the series, each class will build on the previous.
Each class will incorporate aspects like breathing properly and deeply, guided meditation journeys, astrology insight and education, Reiki transmissions and reflective prompts.
Things like card pulls and numerology also make their way into these spaces quite regularly.
I am also hoping that we have some time for open shares throughout our time together.
Classes will be held on zoom and replays will be available for 48 hours.

New Moon Community Reiki
Wednesday, November 15, 8-9:45pm
Class 1: Astrological story of the zodiac wheel and how it is supporting your expansion + the nodes of fate.
Sunday, November 19, 8-9:45pm.
Class 2: What the New Moon in October brought forward/online for you + understanding the karmic connection.
Wednesday, November 22, 8-9:45pm
Class 3: Using the Full Moon to understand what you are letting go of + family stories unravelling with you.
Saturday, November 25, 10-11:45am
Class 4: How to use it to free yourself and moving towards closure.
